Oops....

I had an exchange student back in 1994 who was from Brazil. She was a sweet little girl but my favorite student was from Sweden. He wasn't mine, but we rescued him a few times from his host family whenever things got weird at their house. I love him dearly. He was very dilligent in keeping in touch with us. he calls us a couple times a year and we sometimes talk for over an hur. He likes to brush up on his English. Silly boy,err man...his English was always better than mine and deffinitely better that Gabby's( our gal). He's married now and has two beautiful kids . When ETK told me someone from Sweden was looking at my blog I instantly thought of 'Bear". His name in Swedish means Bear. So,oops, my bad! Wasn't him after all. But that's ok. I like the new guy too.
So, now I'm still curious about Germany.
Life is full of curious things huh? This one will probably remain one.
It's cool :)

How cool! That sounds like fun to meet folks that way. Invite them in and really get to know them.

I almost was one....almost went to France and chickened out at the last minute. Wonder how that would have changed my life if I HAD gone?
